What are preorders?
At the beginning of each month we will open the preorders for that month and products in the preorder will vary. You can build your treat box by adding the products available on preorder that month and then they will be delievered to your door in the last week of the month.
Are you registered with the council?
I hold a 5* Food Hygiene rating from Buckinghamshire council and am registered with them as well as being fully insured.
How Do I place an order for a custom cake?
At Betty's Bakes we are happy to take on your custom cake requests, simply fill in the enquiry form below and we will get back to you asap:)
Can I cancel my order?
This will depend on your individual order as if we have started to prepare for your order then we are unable to offer a refund. For an cancellation and refund requests please email bettysbakesbucks@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
